Square footage, stairs, pet treatment and upholstery. That is the whole list. Nothing is priced off how the house looks or what car is on the drive.

Carpet is charged at a flat $0.75 per square foot of carpet actually cleaned, with a $150 minimum per visit. Everything else is below. If a job needs something not on this page, you hear the number before we book it.

What doesn't
Travel within the South Bay and immediate surrounding areas, moving standard furniture, pre-treating traffic lanes, and a second pass on anything that has not lifted. All included. Travel outside the South Bay and immediate surrounding areas (San Diego, Orange County or Pasadena, for example) is quoted separately.
How you pay
On completion, after you have walked the rooms with us. Card, transfer or cash. Property managers can be invoiced on terms.
