Do you work after hours?
Yes, evenings and weekends at the same rate. There's no out-of-hours surcharge.
How much does commercial carpet cleaning cost?
$0.75 a square foot, same as residential, with a $150 minimum. Larger recurring contracts are quoted per site.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Quarterly on traffic lanes with an annual full clean is the usual arrangement and it works out cheaper than reactive cleaning.
What areas do you cover?
El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach and Torrance, with no travel charge.
